Here are some details on the Guéry process, from design to delivery:
- Feasibility study and quotation: research of technical solutions in relation with the client according to the specifications. 90% of requests received receive a positive feasibility study. Detailed quotation within a short period of time.
- Methods: industrialisation of products and the various manufacturing phases to produce the required parts using our CAD software (SolidWorks), CAD, etc. We process your files in .dxf, .iges, .step format...
- Manufacture of parts: production of parts from flat sheet to volume: - cutting (laser, shearing, sawing) - machining (milling, turning) - forming (bending, rolling, crunching, stamping, molting, etc.) - MIG/TIG welding and welding robot Optionally: integration of pneumatic and electro-magnetic equipment.
- Surface treatment and finishing: passivation of welds for stainless steel parts. Surface treatment according to the destination and use of the parts. Application of food-grade paint.
- Logistics: packaging and shipping of products directly to your company or to the construction site within an average of 1 month from the time the order is entered. Export sales.
